SriLankan Airlines and Sri Lanka Air Force entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).







SriLankan Airlines and Sri Lanka Air Force entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This partnership will boost the collaboration between Sri Lanka Air Force and SriLankan Aviation College – the training arm of SriLankan Airlines, in terms of aviation training, education and other areas of mutual interest.

The agreement was signed by Commander of the Sri Lanka Air Force, Air Marshal Udeni Rajapaksa and Chairman of SriLankan Airlines Mr. Ashok Pathirage. The event was attended by several distinguished individuals, including the Deputy Chief of Staff of the SLAF, Air Vice Marshal Ranjith Senanayake, Director General Air Operations of the SLAF, Air Vice Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe, Director General aeronotical Engineering of SLAF, Air Vice Marshal Mudhitha Mahawathage, Director General - General Engineering of SLAF, Air Commodore Gihan Seneviratne, Director legal Affairs of SLAF, Air Commodore Sureka Dias, Chief Executive Officer of SriLankan Airlines, Mr. Richard Nuttall, General Manager of SriLankan Aviation College, Mr. Primal De Silva, Head of Engineering of SriLankan Airlines, Mr Arjuna Kapugeekiyana and Manager Engineering Quality of SriLankan Airlines, Mr. W.A.G Fernando. Additionally, members of the Air Force Board of Management and the management of SriLankan Aviation College were also present at the ceremony.
